      Brewery Fauve

The Fauve brewery is a Parisian brewpub and a range of ephemeral kilometer beers with a big love for IPAs of all kinds but also acid fruit beers and big stouts.

Antoine & Cyprien are the two friends behind the Brasserie Fauve project. We met them at the "Bière à Lille" festival in 2019 and they did everything to get noticed with their white t-shirts and fluorescent caps straight out of the 90s. But it was above all the tasting of their beers that makes wow.

The 2 friends opened a brewpub in Paris in the 16th district with 16 draft beers all brewed on site. Fauve has the particularity of having no permanent beer but only ephemeral beers (about fifty per year).

We can nevertheless say that they have 3 ranges of ephemeral beers, the IPAs which they decline in all forms (session, neipa, dipa, tipa) but always with a double dry hopping and a big focus on drinkability and a strong aromatic character.

Alongside the IPAs, Fauve offers fruit beers often on an acid base (gose, berliener weisse) and they do not skimp on the quantity with up to 200 grams/litres.

And for the end some big stouts or berliner weisse very sweet that bring out the gourmet side of our 2 friends.

In 2020, Fauve embarked on canning to offer its beers outside the brewpub closed for lockdown. Faced with the success of the takeaway sale and with wine merchants and partner bars, Antoine and Cyprien opened a brewing site in the south of Montpellier where there are other famous breweries such as Zoobrew, Malpolon or Detour.
